Character Memories
Characters, including your own, can form memories allowing them to
recall things that have happened during the game. These memories can
alter the story and conversation opotions when communicating with other
characters. Saying nice or mean things to a character will be remembered
and could impact the character's disposition toward you in the future.
Character Emotions
Characters's emotions can be impact by your words and actions. Making a character angry, happy, or sad will influence how they communicate with you. Key characters may still have actions they must do to develop the story but they may not respond in a way expected.
